Phil Callaghan has spent over 40 years in education, serving as a math teacher, assistant principal, athletic director, and coach in multiple sports. Phil and his wife Marybeth, a retired teacher, have raised three children, two of whom now work in education. He was inducted into the OHSBCA Hall of Fame in 2003 and continues to teach math at Olentangy Berlin High School, driven by his passion for helping young people reach their full potential.
