Built to produce board-ready data from day one.
What’s broken
The Problem
With What Exists
Beyond Digital Citizenship:
Why What Schools Have Isn't Working
Schools have tried assemblies. They’ve tried software. They’ve tried SEL curricula that now carry political risk in 40% of districts. And they’re still watching counselors drown — at 376:1 nationally (ASCA) — triaging crisis cases with no bandwidth left for prevention.
The gap isn't effort. It's approach.
Awareness doesn’t change behavior when emotions are high, peers are watching, and pressure is mounting. Students don’t need another lecture. They need:
- Identity strong enough to withstand pressure
- Judgment to make good decisions in complex situations
- Capability to operate when things are unclear and consequences are real
THE THREE PROGRAMS
Three Programs.
One Integrated Approach.
What Pulls Me Off Track
Distraction
The highest-urgency entry point for schools and families. Addresses digital safety, sextortion awareness, cyberbullying, phone addiction, and harmful content. Builds recognition and early intervention skills. Designed for schools that have had an incident or want to prevent one.
Key Focus Areas:
- Recognizing manipulation, distraction, and engineered pressure
- Understanding how social media exploits emotional vulnerability
- Interrupting unhealthy patterns before they escalate
- Making conscious choices before reaction becomes consequence
Ideal For:
- Schools that have experienced a sextortion case, viral incident, or cyberbullying situation
- Districts under board pressure to produce a strategic answer
- Parents seeking immediate support after a digital safety scare
Duration: 4-6 sessions (6-8 hours total)
Who Am I
Anchor
Builds the identity, confidence, and emotional grounding students need to stay steady when pressure hits. The Surgeon General’s 2023 advisory on social media and youth mental health has prompted many districts to fund emotional-stability programming. Anchor is built for that funding conversation.
Key Focus Areas:
- Authentic identity development
- Emotional grounding and regulation
- Healthy boundaries
- Building and relying on trusted support systems
Ideal For:
- All students: Foundational development across grades 6–12
- Students showing signs of anxiety, fragility, or identity confusion
- Schools wanting to build the foundation that makes all other programs work
Duration: 8-10 sessions (12-15 hours total)
What Can I Do
Bridge
The workforce-readiness frame that plays in any district with any board. Develops the decision-making, leadership, and the real-world capability managers consistently say Gen Z graduates are missing. This is the politically safe frame for the same competencies other programs claim and it delivers them through experiential, high-pressure scenarios, not worksheets.
Key Focus Areas:
- Decision-making under pressure with incomplete information
- Reading people and situations in real time
- Leading in uncertainty without losing control
- Communication and influence without authority
Ideal For:
- High school students, particularly 11th and 12th grade, in addition to undergraduate college students, particularly Juniors and Seniors
- CTE programs and college-bound students
- Districts focused on career readiness and soft-skills outcomes
Duration: 10-12 sessions (15-18 hours total)
